Weekly GROUP Sessions ONLINE

Take Time For Your Mind

Regular mindful relaxation can be hugely effective in boosting your general mental wellbeing.  


This process produces beneficial hormones and helps to forge new, positive, neural pathways, particularly when carried out on a regular basis. It's similar to a guided meditation, but with a longer lead in to help train your body how to completely relax and allow your brain to effectively visualise positive scenarios. 


Current Online Group Sessions

Online group relaxation sessions  - ONLINE SESSIONS ARE CURRENTLY PAUSED -


These are standalone sessions where you can join via zoom to enjoy a session of mindful relaxation each week.

Session 3: Release negative energy 

   

Session 4: Anxiety relief breathing exercise 


Session 5: Generating gratefulness  


Session 6: Beach sunrise and cloud journey 


Session 7: The affinity tree


Session 8: Autumnal visualisation


Session 9: The waterfall 


Session 10: The forest pool 

  

Cost: £10 per session which can be paid via bank transfer (details on request).
